Winmill Microgreens began in 2023 as a way to provide weekly, fresh, nutrient-rich microgreens for my family and friends. Demand grew, so we expanded! We grow-to-order for chefs, caterers, restaurants, and private citizens, as well as selling retail through Alice’s Pantry at 99 Hastings St. North in Bancroft, Ontario. Our standard product line includes Pea, Sunflower, Broccoli, Red Radish & Arugula microgreens, but we grow exclusive varieties on request and are always growing test crops to add variety. We have also begun to supply seasonal edible flowers. Our family also eats everything we grow, and to that end, we use as many organic inputs as we can source and absolutely no pesticides.
