Ontario Truss and Wall in Foxboro is a bustling manufacturer and supplier of engineered wood products, pre-manufactured wood roof trusses, engineered joist systems, laminated engineered wood beams, metal connectors for trusses, joists, and beams with specialty hangers. They are also available to do on-site measuring. They currently go through about 1.8 million board feet of lumber annually to make their engineered wood products. Ontario Truss and Wall has been manufacturing at their current location since 1982 and currently employ approximately 25 full-time employees. They supply residential, commercial and agricultural projects. No project is too big or too small. Their operation is highly computerized. Laser measures and large computer screens ensure a well engineered, accurate and consistent product. As much as possible they try to use FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) lumber and local lumber, as long as they can get a consistently high quality product. Longtime VP and general manger Frank Short is very proud of the company and feels he has a terrific team that takes pride in its work. The company is known in the industry for its quality products.
Ontario Truss and Wall has delivery trucks equipped with cranes for unloading onto bearing walls. They provide free quotes, and any jobs they supply come complete with layouts and engineering documentation.
