Just as the farming community is looking for ways to work together groups in Bancroft are coming to together.

It has been entitled ‘the group of seven’. Members of the Downtown Revitalization initiative for the Town of Bancroft, join the Bancroft Business Improvement Area (BBIA), Bancroft and District Chamber of Commerce, North Hastings Economic Development Committee (NHEDC), the Mainstreet Management Committee (MMC), Build Bancroft and the Town of Bancroft staff met on Oct. 26 to begin establishing the road ahead for the strength of the municipality.
