Join the Culinary Tourism Alliance and guest speaker Chef Carl Heinrich, winner of Top Chef Canada and co-owner of Toronto’s Richmond Station, for a day of networking and knowledge sharing!

Attendees will learn best practices on creating and maintaining a successful restaurant in Hastings County, how it is economically viable to support local, and how and why to create relationships across the culinary tourism value chain.
