Trillium Ridge Sugarworks (MahKwan Kadeek) Pure Organic Maple Products is a family-run farm owned by Terry and Vickie Gervais. The farm is located at 254 Maple Sugar Road, Tyendinaga Township (ON), about 20 minutes north of the 401, north of Prince Edward County. The sugarbush is nestled on a sprawling limestone ridge, resulting in a super smooth and prize-winning maple syrup. Exceptional maple syrup and sugar has been produced here by early Irish immigrants since at least the 1840s, and likely longer, the knowledge having been shared with early settlers by local Indigenous nations. Our maple syrup is produced using a wood-fired evaporator and we have been certified organic for over a decade. We welcome guests for product purchase and/or pancake brunch daily during the syrup season (early March-early April). Please call ahead before visiting at 613-396-5141.
